Processing of personal data

According to Art. 13 D. lg. 196/2003 laying the “Act of protection of personal data”, Vareseturismo, as owner of the treatment, informs that the personal data acquired with regard to the relationship will be treated in compliance with the regulation mentioned above.
The data will be treated in compliance with the rights of fundamental freedom and the dignity of the person with particular reference to privacy and personal identity and the right to protection of personal data. Under Article 13 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003, we provide the following information:
your data supplied or otherwise available at our company, will be object of treatment using both electronic and not–electronic instruments and will be dealt for contractual requirements and the consequent fulfilment of legal and contractual duties arising from the same, and the achievement of an effective management of business relationships.
The injection of other data, relating to marketing activities for analysis and market surveys, promotional activities, customers satisfaction surveys, is optional, since these data collected by Vareseturismo, aim to optimize the development of its own activities. The refusal to provide these data do not affect the best performance, however, the absence of these data will make it impossible to supply the best bid of our company.

Please note that we recognized the rights of the article. 7 of Legislative Decree No 30 June 2003 196, and in particular the right to access one’s personal data, to rectify it, to update it and to ask for it’s cancellation, if incomplete, incorrect or collected in violation of the law, as well as to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons, paying requests to the Owner and Manager of the treatment.
